What Trump doesn’t understand about Netanyahu is that N is Trump doubled down. Whether or not Iran has a nuclear weapon is not Israel’s goal and never has been. Of course, it’s goal, is the greater prophesied Israel project. It’s bigger than ego or even money, it’s historic, in the same vein as genghis khan or Robert e Lee. Leaders riding an abuse of power because of ignorance, arrogance, or because they can. One time I met a minor author who came from Iran and then later wrote a book about her experience as a young girl at the beginning of the Iranian revolution. It was a good book as far as I was concerned and probably there were many like it, written by refugees or immigrants who come to America from negligent countries, either to escape repressive situations or to seek freedom, where they didn’t think they got it before. There’s likely many reasons people come here to the land of the free, home of the brave. At the time I met this young woman writer with a nice husband and promising son, I already knew that Iran had been exposed to Americas CIA in such a way, much like Cuba or Vietnam, or Indonesia or any number of smaller nations worldwide that had been exposed, by treachery, subterfuge, assassination, overthrow of democracy, and, finally, a reliance on dictatorships to do the dirty work.
I bring this up because of the ongoing protests by this Iranian diaspora against the Iranian football team trying to play in the worldwide World Cup. I think it’s funny that all these diasporas we’ve amassed here in America as refugees from the dirty wars we’ve instigated have, for the most part, become the very essence of an anti-American progressive movement. Many but not all, it’s never all, bring not only their hatred of anything progressive here to America because but also their antagonisms and acceptance of authority, as if our president, our ideals are more than just ideals but a magical reality. They don’t care about Americas history, that most of America is composed of, not people who were born into freedom, democracy, and the American way, but most of us or our ancestors had to fight, die, be oppressed, segregated, murdered, or kill or be killed on the battlefields, to preserve what others maintain is guaranteed. All the Cubans that fled the revolution brought what they could, which was their money, influence, and dictator ship politics before the Castro's could even start. Yet, the Cuban diaspora, bitches and moans, even three generations away from Cuba. They vote dictator, they live overthrow, they act like they wished they never left Cuba because they’re not doing any better here than there. Basically, they’re losers, if they’re still wanting to go back, especially if they want others to die for them so they can go back. Go back to what? The colonial homes are trashed, the economy is poor, not as if that’s what they want, but because America can’t ever just go on and be as good as they think they are. I think we can look at the lack of success of Israel if we want an example of what happens when America (and all the western power mentality nations) who have control of a small, nothing nation. Israel is a warrior nation, much the same, but still different from the United States. Israel is also a cruel, arrogant nation whereas the United States is a sadistic nation. It uses its power in the modern world as a hammer on a nail. It believes it is constructing an eternal legacy, essentially it refuses to accept natural and political change. Change is reality. That’s where Israel and America are similar, they both believe they are destined; thus cruelty, greed, arrogance and supremacy are effective as fear. So, the world, or the world controlled by America and slow thinking thugs and gangsters hasn’t progressed very far. I’m sure black people, women, everyone in America can or will claim how much better off they are than in Cuba, Iran, Russia, china, Venezuela, I could go on and on, but lifestyle is different than quality of life and some freedoms are better than none but what is freedom when there is no future?
