Unfortunately for mankind and woman kind consciousness and knowledge too isn't passed on to each other through osmosis or genes, only instinct is, so that with each child born limited to whatever the community wants or needs, and with each one have to start all over again..  It is inevitable that countries whose social umbrella groups have depended on US aid to support poor, economically oppressed sections of their population are the tip of the iceberg when it comes to getting or not getting support from the United States. Those monies are rarely "discoverable" or able to be traced. If money really got to the people or things that it was destined for, it would be a miracle. Besides, people in the world who suffer have to learn that they have power and reliance on superpower "gifting" is not a power.
