 that believes everybody we deem important is watching us. God (for obvious reasons, heaven or hell

 being at stake, Santa Claus ( he knows if you've been bad or good).the tooth fairy ( how else would it

 know who has teeth under the pillow?), the government (mostly because of taxes, security and safety (for

 them), let's see who or what else is watching over me, how about every fucking camera in every store and

 street corner, they're all watching you. in fact, I'm watching you, and you, and you, all of me is watching you.

  The story is about a young, intelligent Nigerian woman who goes to America to go to school more so because America is where young, intelligent Nigerians go. She goes with all the earnestness of a new immigrant, but not a typical immigrant we are used to portraying in our media. She is one of millions from all over the globe who come on student visas, brought up in their own country in whatever middle class standard is prevalent, and are considering staying in America and becoming professionals but, once reality sets in, have a harder time deciding America is not for them. The language In the modern world, and to me that means the world as formed from the rise of western european and us into dominance. Does a man who commits rape get to define "rape?". Does a nation get to define genocide? Does a dictator get to define freedom? If not, then why is there no certain definitions. The israel hamas war has once again demonstrated that outside the actual physical atrocity of war is the war of words. Language is all we have as humans to use in explaining our actions, and those explanations are weighed against what we describe as the truth, and full circle jerk fashion, that truth is the judicious dissection of the language compared to what happened according to witnesses and what they have to say about it.
