As we get further and further along in this particular genocide, the emergence and reemergence of anti- holocaust and hero worship over resistance against the nazis, we, once again, slip into some sort of historical nostalgia that hardly anyone alive today lived through nor experienced. Critique on the Revolutions Reported or Be Careful What You Ask For. I've been critical of the so called 'revolutions' taking place around the globe recently, including the Occupy movement of a couple of years ago. The so-called social media revolutions because they were built on the availability of social media to engage many people that may not have ever been engaged. As we've seen the revolutions in Northern Africa slip from the news, the Occupy Movement slip from having any relevance at all, and Egypt, Syria, Ukraine, and other nation states, some newsworthy and some not, slip into and out of chaos, my criticism seems well founded. It’s clear we aren’t alone in this beginning of what we all should do-re-evaluate, re-tool, and re-build our movements through a different language, a language of our own making and not a reactive language of oppression, control, and manipulation. Trying a different way. I like the articles for saying some of the things we are saying. I like the economic equality project because of it’s basic ideas about how wealth is distributed.
