Extra- existential

lets see if I have this right. Climate change is an existential threat (from here on I'll abbreviate Existential Threat, ET). The United States is the one country that could initiate a solution to that ET and nothing was done for four years going on fifty years to affect that threat.

Now, Iran is an ET as far as Israel is concerned. Israel has several dozen nuclear weapons. It wants to penetrate and destroy the deeply buried Fodrow Nuclear Facility and eliminate other potential uranium enrichment sites in Iran that has had nuclear power facilities as long as Israel. The whole question of the use of nuclear weapons (except Hiroshima and Nagasaki) is to threaten then use the weapons against the highest principles of self-defense-against what? - an ET. If every nation that has nuclear weapon technology is going to continue to stockpile them without developing a failsafe recognition of when they should be used, then what's the sense of having them?

That's a rhetorical question, maybe even an existential one.

For the last few years, I thought an ET was just about the highest level of threat one could have but apparently it isn't.

Americans have outrun their imagination again when they keep saying Iran can't have a nuclear bomb when they don't have one, but it sounds like America is saying that Iran can't have any nuclear power at all. How did Israel get their nuclear bombs? Perhaps they were given them as a gift because I haven't heard of them having uranium enriched facilities. 

All i do know is Netanyahu made everybody in Israel forget he's an indicted, dictatorial personality committing genocide in gaza.

While Donald Trump might just go down the rabbit hole of popularity if he makes the wrong decision, the American people will forgive him because they are just as bloodthirsty and ignorant as they were in 2003. To say Iran is a threat to America, is ridiculous. Saudi Arabia wasn't even on the NSA terrorist watchlist in 2001. And still isn't.

Let's notch up the extra existential, just like the doomsday clock, climate change is already here.

There will never be humanitarian progress in the world until that book is thrown out along with Mein Kampf but I do suggest that if you are going to believe the Old Testament as the Word of God, then read Mein Kampf and, at least, have a comparison in order to put two supremacist doctrines together. More love, less anti-abortion, please

 Another anti-abortionist on the loose with a gun after shooting his enemies, proving once again that life ends, rather than begins, with conception, at the same time innocence does. The anti-abortionist philosophy breaks down after that into fragments of phony patriot, real racist, fake empathy regarding who outside of themselves is valuable, and which matters more, their belief that they represent their impotent god who, i think, once said, leave the fucking punishments to Me, and His son who said, love is better than anything else, or if not love, then, at least, compassion ( but leave the punishments to My Father). Or, in my words, quit forcing your own beliefs on anyone else. Don't say science proves conscious life begins at conception because the myth that mary conceived God's child. Believe what you want to believe but take your violence somewhere else, preferably home, wherever "heart" is.

In an essay before this i said religion is behind what is wrong in the world. and, I'm adding, second, is the lack of spirituality, or universal conceptions of morality not based on ridiculous notions of national, ethnic, or individual superiority. Seeing as religion and spirituality may cross paths sometimes, it's still imperative that we all ignore the vague similarities between the two. We're all raised to be patriots, consumers, and believers in a false parody of democratic and egalitarian anti-ideology. As allred black said in 'Rant #1", somewhere in these pages, "we're all born the same as a squirming rat, but, at least, you can be happy you haven't been stamped with a corporate logo (or nationalist) logo yet."

I am happy that so many people came out for, not the parade, the "No Kings Day, which should be a national holiday. Sorry that British, Netherlands and a couple of other nations can't participate, and it would be great if the day could include no wanna be dictators, democratically sponsored "legitimized" war or believers in war as both are national pastimes, believers in political corruption, political murderers (assassins). Too much to ask, I guess. I'll be even happier though when all those people vote outside their comfort zone. Third party candidates should get a boost if everyone leans the right way. The entrenchment of republican and democratic parties does not foment the right path for change, which is, take your own values and beliefs and leave everyone else's alone. Anyone espousing anything other than that, we should ignore.

 It is inevitable that countries whose social umbrella groups have depended on US aid to support poor, economically oppressed sections of their population are the tip of the iceberg when it comes to getting or not getting support from the United States. Those monies are rarely "discoverable" or able to be traced. If money really got to the people or things that it was destined for, it would be a miracle. Besides, people in the world who suffer have to learn that they have power and reliance on superpower "gifting" is not a power. America does not foster democracy in these programs, they are offered with all sorts of conditions, like "DON'T Complain.

 Imagine if all the people here in the USA who have been laid off, threatened, and are truly suffering because of cuts in their survival-money supply- took to the streets to protest. Then you would have the start of a revolution but instead, they go home or go away or hide like ostriches with their heads in the sands of time.

Make it all go away, please.

Money is not the root of all evil, religion probably is, because it's religion in the old world and religion turned political flagship in the new world that has put the value on what humans are worth. From condemnation to hell, which, usually was enough to keep most people in line in the traditional world, now, condemnation to poverty here on earth, does the job. If you have it, of course, doesn't mean you got it in an honest and fair exchange of another's work or bad luck but it is enough to save your soul in a world where hell just isnt scary anymore but not getting what you want by any means necessary is.

Where are the gun protectors of the america they must dream about. It is one of the most ironic things today that the so-called gun lobby which has trampled the rights and lives of so many people for some principle they call "patriotism" cannot comprehend the destruction they can see. Being a patriot these days must be the most cowardly thing of all the cowardly things. To support the robot military industrial complex, which represents the federal government, is certainly anti-thetical to preserving the ideals of the founding fathers of yesteryear.

If the media would give half as much attention to the hard-working families, innocents about how much their lives are broken than paying attention to the complaints of business owners who only want to blame rioters and/or protesters who trash and graffiti their businesses, then we'll go along ways to understand each other. The lawless bunch are the ICE agents who fit the description of every gestapo like force, intent on rounding people up for whatever the dictator wants, regardless of the law. At least, local and community law enforcement is bound by some sort of legal parameters. ICE can walk away from a mistake like it never happened. Protecting the borders shouldn't even be a priority. It's a worldwide problem because these political fools who run everything into the ground have no idea of cause and effect. Their economic and military strategies are immune to human considerations and the sole intent is cause disruption and chaos. The fact that there is climate change in different regions of the world, regardless of the indisiveness of political leaders to prove it's human caused or god created. All in all, what difference does it make? Republicans seem to believe that the world was created by them and that the devil is the democrats, any democrat. People will move and it happens here in America all the time, more often than anyone lets on.

We thought it was so great when some anonymous chinese student did it, and what's different about this?

Whatever we are afraid of, fear no more. It's here and now all we have to do is answer, what are we going to do? There is nowhere else in the world to go for those who want something better or different. The crazy religionists escaped to foreign lands, the crazy military interventionists planted bases and totalitarian ideas in every land. There's no such thing as international law nor waters. The universe is expanding (or is it contracting?), while we are being compressed into cages, prisons, nations that are fixated on ideals the people who have the power don't believe in themselves. Whether its presidents, princes, kings and queens, state sponsored terrorists, state commandeered economies, or just plain old gangs, cartels, and thugs, we are all experiencing or going to experience what we've never experienced in our lifetimes. Never mind that history is being repeated and the definition of insanity is being played out before our eyes.

The revolution is being televised. And it isn't the revolution we wanted, or sometimes i have my doubts, so it isn't the revolution I wanted, and I did, do want a revolution, or now, it can be called a counter revolution.

The counter revolution that progressives who try and work through the system, the very system that has brought us here to wherever we are (and it's not a good place), have not realized because the new, young idealists who still believe the battle is for morality and spiritual one upmanship, or superiority don't get it. It's an actual physical battle where lives seen and unseen are brokered out to each side. It is about life, death, and freedom and liberty, all of which are very, tangible realities, otherwise we wouldn't make such a fuss over them. In every corner of america and many corners throughout the world, the fight is lighting up the night.

The argument always comes down to the people who trade the streets with what they themselves claim is "anarchy" and which has nothing to do with anarchism, the belief that the state, nations, or power in the world always tends toward suppression of the " socialist" tendencies or the "federalist" tendencies of the people. Dictators who claim to be anti-federalist, anarchists who claim graffitti as political, peacemakers who want to be peaceful amidst violence, freedom lovers who don't want liberty, justice and for all that, patriots who love the American way or no way at all.

Everything is wrong today that could be wrong. Stop worrying about immigration and worry about migration around the world. In the future borders will be prisons and prisons will be everywhere. Stop worrying about graffiti and worry about quality of life everywhere. What's happening in Gaza, ukraine, worldwide is being put aside for a fight that always is focused on whats happening in the US, and it's more about what the US has done, is doing everywhere else. We didn't get here because someone forgot the Bill of Rights where the right to fucking own a gun seems to supersede any other right, where the american flag is some sort of religious symbol, ( quit flying flags, they dont represent anything complex, just simplemindedness. Where our constitution has been boiled down to the executive functions. If this were the seventeen hundreds or even eighteen hundreds these very same politicians, presidents would be fearful of their lives but you what, folks, behind our backs, the silent and efficient invasion of our privacy and need to be left alone, left to live our lives, has quietly been suppressed so now we have a continual threat to our wellbeing. AND IT'S JUST NOT HERE. 

iN THE FORTIES, IT WAS THE GAS CHAMBERS and now i'ts in the general acceptable lawlessness of politics in every nation on earth. There is nowhere to go, may as well stand up and fight. Remember it took seven years to defeat naziism and fascism militarily. ow long to defeat fascism right here in america by graffitti, trash, and peace signs. There has to be real resistance, a refusal to work for, work with, accept, or go along with anything those jokers in washington dc propose, and that includes the democrats. Everyone needs to stop doing whatever they're doing and ask themselves will I be able to continue doing what makes me happy, makes everything i work for, everything my family needs, worthwhile or is everything going to be on my conscience forever.

Remember every community, street, county, nation has to have some organization, some cooperation, some collaboration, if not we will disintegrate into whoever has the biggest guns and death wish for everybody else, just like our nation over the last two centuries has come to this, no matter who was president, no matter who was a hero.

Remember it wasn't just jews in the camps it was gypsies, the disabled, the old, those who couldn't work (remember work will set you free), catholic, and if they could have gotten their hands on mexicans and blacks, they would have been invited to the camps too. What the israeli's do to the palestinians, the militias in africa do to the innocents there (remember somalia has the worst famine/starvation in the world), what the genocide did in Rwanda (where clinton didn't intervene (lift a finger) because we didn't have an interest there), what settlers did here to indigenous peoples, what every nation on earth has a terrible history and yet, they all continually maintain they are the civilized ones.

All you have to do is listen to trump, or rubio, or stephen miller, or hegseth, or homan, or vance (remember he is next in line), oh my god, save us, if you dare to come out of hiding.

There is some good news after all. Whether america is dying or has long ago grown cold and stiff, the living must go on, Right? We can pray or hope or just plain believe without any guarantees, the climax isnt in our lifetime but the longer it goes on, the less secure, safe, or healthy we will be.

I'm talking, not done talking. Unfortunately, there are utopian ideas floating around but they all revolve around way too much money being needed to even generate a beginning. I've long been proponent for saying, if you want a revolution you better have an idea of what you're going to do during and afterwards. America has lived too long trying to keep the revolution beginning in the late seventeen hundreds. The founding fathers are much like Moses, holding up their divine and secular notions of what and how people should live by and for, when the modern world of rapid technological change overwhelms ordinary people who, no matter how close to middle class living they come, cannot keep up.

Maybe it's the middle class that suffers the most, whereby lower income people  (who will probably be the real survivors as it comes crashing down) don't have the funds, barely enough to pay the monthly bill for that one necessary item, the phone, the rest of the middle class wrestling with costs as well, but in order to truly be able to function, they have rapid technological change to deal with. They're going to play the game of paying to go to mars, fight the good fights, accept the economic truths (there's hell to pay) and the economic lies (work hard and reap the rewards in heaven).

Mosaic law gave us gods wrath, the bill of rights gave us slavery (and all of its future ramifications such as capitalism, the same ideas, except for the chains being locked inside our heads rather than being shackled to the mansion). Just like the former slaves were given a fake freedom to entice them, modern civ relies on "dreams, hopes, aspirations and ambition" to bring us to their marketplace to sell ourselves. It's all voluntary now. Yes, of course, no matter where we are on god's green earth, we have to eat, sleep, be sheltered, and dance a little, that's a given, but since time immemorial, who makes you work has been one of the basic questions of human need and any economic class. It used to be everyone worked for themselves with the conscious or unconscious understanding that any individual couldn't get all of what they needed by themselves. 

Now, every individual doesn't have to know where the food comes from nor the water, but neither can they trust that the food isn't poisoned or the water isn't toxic. Many of us can now live (garner what we both need and what we think we must have).

If this bill does what democrats and progressives say it will do, then republicans should be wary by mid terms but if the mid terms show that republicans reject the democrats so intensely they are ready to take America down, it will be a level playing field then, we'll all suffer because middle class and poor republicans will go down with the same democrats.
But, it will be too late. America will die.

Every nation has a history, a bad history.

If you are willing to forgive America for slavery, native genocidal practices, the patriot act, faked evidence for the war in Iraq, international torture centers, and the genocides just in your own lifetime, then nothing can be said in your defense. We used to be considered a nation of sinners and taxpayers, tithing our excess to the powerful benefactors of our own insolence and bloodthirsty salacious thumbs down to the caged lion tamers and gladiatorial memories of the purgatorial fallen and blessed dreamers who went to sleep and never spoke of what they had seen.
Rather than for the common good, ideals became an albatross around the necks of slow, mastodon thinkers who swam in pools of mud and oil sludge, sacrificing themselves for nothing but all the same praising what could have been but never was.
We, meaning the democratic high, minded who want to believe in the glory of the purpose of common men, or, at least, their elected official, can further claim, America is dead, civilization is dead, too far along in its conclusion, there is no longer anyone who stands above the fray, claiming we are not free but we must be or we will die in the streets to try to be.
The left long dead when communism in its infancy and secularism in its multi-headed vampirism succumbed to the technology and its progenitors who claim, there is nowhere to go except space and so little time. Billions will be left to either be fuel for the future or piled in trenches and burned, humanitarianism another casualty of a Christian orthodoxy meeting obscene oxymoronicism.
Crushing the pro-Palestinian movement is much like the campaign to go to war with Iraq, which we know now to be a contrived manipulation of public media and use of the typical "fear" of nuclear proliferation by former dictators supported by American interests.
